• Organizations participating in Hype Crew Fundraisers agree to follow all order, artwork, and payment procedures described in the onboarding documents.
• The organization is responsible for promoting the campaign and providing accurate participant information.
• Payouts or commissions are processed after all campaign orders are completed and verified.
• Fraudulent orders or duplicate entries may result in cancellation or non-payment.

7. Intellectual Property

• All logos, artwork, website content, and designs remain the property of BIM Shirts and Vinyl LLC unless otherwise stated.
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content or materials without written consent.
• If you upload designs or logos, you confirm you have rights or permission to use them.

8. Marketing Communications

• By submitting your email or phone number, you agree to receive updates, promotions, and notifications related to your orders.
